The person at the front desk was not very personable and did not change my account correctly even after i asked her 3x. I had to deal with it the next day with the Manager which was very frustrating and could of been avoidable. I also felt like the Manager thought it was no big deal!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly and room was clean and cutely decorated, but there were quite a few issues with the room. There was a fridge but no coffee maker (only instant coffee and a hot water kettle). The King size bed was sagging and not very comfortable (in my opinion). There was a single small light in the bathroom near the sink, so shower was essentially in the dark. There were no drawers for clothing, rather there was painted wood under the TV that seemed meant to mimic the look of drawers, but no actual drawers. All of this was somewhat minor and I would have given 3 stars. However, for stretches of time there was no hot water (sink or tub). After keeping the hot side tap running for several minutes with no luck (despite there being hot water earlier in the day), called the front desk, and they said to run for a few minutes longer. No luck, so called back and they wanted to send someone to the room - which didn't seem to make sense since it was not an issue with our room per se, but rather hot water. Called 3 times and they said they would send someone to the basement to check and keep us informed (they did not keep us informed). After ~1 hour, we ran the tap for a full 5 min and still no hot water. Finally after another hour, it took 2-3 min of running the hot side tap again and finally hot water came. This is why I am giving 2 stars.

"The AC unit in room was loud and vibrated when it came on, kind of disturbing while sleeping. We couldn't find a switch to turn off the light behind the tv. We finally located it on a cabinet wall.
